I am so excited to have my very own blog!
Here, I hope to chronicle my experiences as a young christian, Nigerian wife and mother.
I also want to chronicle the stages as I transition my hair back to its original form -natural! It’s a big step to go natural in Africa (funny right?) because people generally look down on natural hair, attributing it mostly to people who can’t afford to relax their or even buy a good relaxing kit. Well, for me I just want to be natural and free …the real me! #GoTeamNatural
Please read along!
I like that… natural and free! That’s how I feel now. I love taking my braids out and feeling that curly springy thick hair. It’s awesome. Enjoy blogging my dear, love your sis Miss O. U. Ugwunkenu.
