The 2017 Edition of She Forum Africa, a pan-Africa Women Development, Leadership & Lifestyle Conference is scheduled to hold on May 25 this year and I am excited. This is because last years edition was packed full and running over with inspiring speakers, engaging topics and exciting interaction. It was also a great place to network as I met the indomitable conveners of She Forum; Inimfon Etuk and Fadimatu Abubakar Dalil, as well as the amazing Tara Fela-Durotoye. I also got to spend some time with my girls; Bola Ataiyero-Adefila and Funke Baruwa, two women who are doing a great job in their sectors and have been featured on the blog.
It was such a stellar event with topnotch speakers in every sector, fashion and beauty, health, governance, public sector, finance and so on. You can read a little about who was at last year’s event and what was discussed here and here. Anyway, so given my amazing experience at last years event there is no way I would want to miss this years edition of She Forum which is themed – Evolve or be left behind. For those of you who would like to attend go to www.sheforumafrica.com for more details.
